What is Classmaids’ mission?

We help customers take pride, comfort and satisfaction in their homes and business properties. Thanks to the services we provide, customers know they have that much less to worry about. When they call on us, the job gets done – just the way they expect. We believe that our customers deserve the same level of quality, efficiency, value and professionalism that we would want for ourselves.

Are your employees students?

Our company was started in 2013 by a college student, but currently not all our employees are students. However, we do encourage friendly and hardworking students from local colleges and universities to apply to get a part-time job to support their studies. If they have what it takes to become a part of the Classmaids team, we offer competitive pay, train them to become cleaning masters and allow to create their own schedule around their demanding studies.

What is included in a home cleaning?

You can refer to our checklists to find out the tasks included in each type of our home (and office) cleaning services. We know that each home (or office) is unique, so feel free to customize the checklist to meet your specific needs and preferences. A trained and experienced team member will arrive with equipment and supplies at hand to clean thoroughly and efficiently, leaving your home (or office) spotless!

How does your pricing work?

Our cleaning price will depend on the size of your home (or office), number of bedrooms and bathrooms, extra tasks you would like us to do, and cleaning frequency. We offer ample discounts for recurrent (weekly, bi-weekly and monthly) cleanings. If you'd like an estimate, simply give us a call during our hours of operation at (561) 470-9200 for a fast over-the-phone quote or fill out a few details on our website and see the estimated price.

Are you licensed, bonded, and insured?

Yes, we sure are! We have up to USD 1,000,0000 of General liability and USD 25,000 of Professional Errors & Omissions coverage per incident with Next Insurance (www.insurance.com). We also have a $10,000 Business Service Bond through Surety Bonds (www.suretybods.com). In addition, all of our cleaning specialists are covered by Workers Compensation. Do you bring your own equipment & supplies?

Yes, our maids bring all equipment and supplies necessary, so you won't have to lift a finger! All of our cleaning products are non-toxic and biodegradable, and our equipment is professional grade.

What should I do before the cleaning team arrives?

Before the cleaning team arrives, we ask that you pick up any personal items and remove any clutter so that more of the team’s energy can be spent on cleaning. It is extremely helpful!

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

We ask that you should please be present at the beginning of the initial / one-time deep cleaning or move in / out / post construction cleaning to show the team around and explain if there is anything they need to know about the place. We also ask that you are available at the end of such cleaning to do a final walkthrough and make sure everything is done right and to your satisfaction. If something was inadvertently missed, it will be corrected right then. If you choose not to perform the final walkthrough at the end of service, unfortunately, you won’t be able to take advantage of our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. We don’t require your presence for recurrent maintenance cleanings, but our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee will still apply. For more information about our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee please check our Policies and Terms.

How do I pay for the cleaning?

Classmaids accepts all major credit cards. We do not accept personal checks or cash. Online payments are processed by Stripe and through a fully secure 256 bit SSL protocol. In addition, Classmaids has full-extended validation SSL security. Booking through Classmaids LLC is safe and secure. A hold will be placed on your account (for authorization) in the amount of your total balance 24 hours before your scheduled service date. The hold will drop off in 3-5 business days. THE HOLD IS NOT A CHARGE. We only charge you after the cleaning has been rendered, and you will receive an email payment confirmation shortly thereafter.

Should I tip the cleaners?

It’s entirely up to you! We do not require it, but giving a tip is a powerful way to say thank you. You can add tips to your booking online at any time or leave cash during the cleaning. All tips go to your cleaner.

How do your laundry services work?

To help save you time and simplify your life, we can wash, dry, and fold your dirty laundry as an Add-on extra service, which has to be booked in advance as part of your appointment. Our maids will not be able to do laundry for you if it’s not been properly booked. Once the laundry is washed and dried, we then fold it and place it where you'd like (i.e. on your bed, in a laundry basket). We utilize your washer, dryer, and detergent to get the job done. We don't bring your laundry to the dry cleaners, nor do we offer dry cleaning services.

Do you send the same cleaning team every time?

Our recurring clients can request a specific cleaner to regularly perform their cleanings. While Classmaids cannot guarantee that a specific cleaner will be available, all efforts will be made to send the requested cleaner or to alert the client of other options. Clients who book one-time cleanings can make a request, but we do not guarantee a specific cleaner or team for them. We reserve the right to send an additional cleaner for training purposes as needed. Classmaids is an Equal-Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate against gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation, religion or age. We cannot honor any specific request for a cleaner based on any protected group including race, color, national origin, religion, sex, disability, age, citizenship status, or genetic information. You can rest assured that every Classmaids employee is thoroughly trained and held to a very high standard.

Can I change or cancel my booking?

Yes, you can change or cancel your booking 48 hours before the scheduled cleaning. Please understand that we keep your cleaning time just for you and don’t do double-booking, so if you decide to cancel after that time, we will charge a $50 cancellation fee.

What is your 100% guarantee policy?

Your happiness is our happiness. To take advantage of our 100% satisfaction guarantee policy we ask that you should please be present at the end of the initial / one-time deep cleaning or move in / out / post construction cleaning to do a final walkthrough and make sure everything is done right and to your satisfaction. If something was inadvertently missed, it will be corrected right then. For recurrent maintenance services we don’t require your presence for every cleaning, but our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee will still apply.
